What is a Soul Stone?
A Soul Stone is the crystal energy that your higher self, guides, and the crystalline realm bring forward to support you at this moment in your journey. Like a spirit guide, it may walk with you for a season or a lifetime, depending on what your soul needs.
How do you choose my Soul Stone?
I connect with your energy, my guides (including Lyra), and the crystalline realm to discover which crystal is calling to you right now. This process is deeply intuitive, and no two Soul Stone Connections are ever the same.
Can I request a Soul Stone for a specific goal or challenge?
Absolutely! If there’s something you’re currently working through—such as confidence, spiritual awakening, or emotional healing—you can include that in your request. I will tune in and let Spirit guide the perfect match.
Can I request a Soul Stone for a specific health concern?
I do not offer Soul Stone Connections for diagnosing, treating, or focusing on physical health conditions. These readings are intended for spiritual, emotional, and mental support only, and are not a substitute for medical advice or care.
Can more than one crystal come through in my reading?
Your session will focus on one primary Soul Stone. If Spirit feels additional crystals are important for you, they may come through as bonuses—but one stone is all that’s needed to support you in this moment.
Do I need to physically own the crystal to benefit from the energy?
Not at all. The energy of your Soul Stone is connected to your field through the reading itself. You’ll also receive a photo of the crystal so you can connect with it visually and spiritually—the energy knows exactly how to find you. If you’d like a physical stone later, you can seek one out, but it’s not necessary. You can also use a Clear Quartz as a stand-in, as it will hold and amplify the same intention.
Will you send me a physical crystal?
No. Your Soul Stone Connection is a digital service delivered as a PDF (and a guided meditation if you choose the Reiki tier). This service is energetic and spiritual in nature. If you feel called to seek out the stone physically, you are welcome to do so—but it is not necessary to receive its blessings.
How do I receive the Reiki energy?
If you choose the Soul and Stone Integration tier, Reiki is sent at the time of your reading and anchored to your Soul Stone’s energy. You can call it in anytime—there’s no expiration. You’ll also receive a guided meditation to help you connect with the energy whenever you like.
What if I don’t feel anything during the Reiki?
That’s perfectly okay! Reiki flows whether you feel it or not. Some people feel warmth, tingles, emotional release, or a deep sense of calm. Others notice subtle shifts in mood, perspective, or energy over the days or weeks afterward. Trust that the energy is working in alignment with your highest good.
How long will my Soul Stone be with me?
There’s no set timeline. Some Soul Stones stay for a short chapter of your life, others for years. You’ll know intuitively when its message has been fully integrated or when a new stone is ready to step forward.
Can I request a new Soul Stone later?
Yes! You can book another Soul Stone Connection anytime—especially if you’re going through big life changes, working toward a new intention, or simply feel the pull for a fresh connection.
How will I receive my Soul Stone Connection?
Your completed reading will be emailed to you as a beautifully designed PDF. If you chose the Reiki tier, you’ll also receive a download link for the guided meditation.
How long will it take to receive my reading?
Turnaround is typically 3–5 business days, depending on my current booking queue. If for any reason there is a delay, I will reach out to you directly.
How do I use my Soul Stone message and Reiki healing (if applicable)?
The included meditation is your key to re-activating and attuning to your Soul Stone’s energy whenever you wish. You may also choose to repeat the affirmation daily, place the photo on your altar, or journal your reflections. The energy is yours to work with in whatever way resonates for you.
